 Have been working for the last 20 years with different international organizations, worked for different missions of the United Nations in Afghanistan with different project and programs, especially with the community engagement programs, capacity building, coordination, monitoring, and surveysto improve the capacity of various government sectors and have created the platform of coordination and to work with government entities, civil societies, government officials, to make sure that the governmental sector should be capable in the field of good governance, responsible for empowering various government sectors by establishing Advisory Board, and Gender youth committees in the field of transparency. Also, worked with provincial council and undertake different initiatives autonomously by implementing the public awareness and outreach program, conducted trainings, supervised survey, Capacity building, Monitoring and evaluation to provide better services.

Facilitated coordination between International partners and the United Nations on different programs to strengthen capacity building, coordination, linkage, and engagement between civil society, youth, and community worked for community policing to make bridge between the community and police sector.

Create community education quality improvement programs, have been able to implement policies, regulations work for the long term strategic goals of the United Nation worked for SDG Sustainable development goals, in the areas of capacity building, women and youth empowerment at regional, provincial and district level so that the gap between the public and the government is narrowed, and the government provide services to the Afghan Citizens in the best possible way.

Parallel to professional career and experience, have been an active and dynamic member in different civil societies. The founder and Director of “Afghan Youth Empowerment & Protections Civil Society, hold a membership of Open Government Partnership (OGP), and Civil Society Coordination Center (CSCC) as an Executive Board Member for 5 years. I chair regular meetings, where various approaches to Afghanistan’s prosperity are discussed for election, good governance, transparency, peace, and stability prevalence in Afghanistan. Moreover, have been interviewed by different TV Channels as an analyst on both international and regional politics, election process, human rights, and peace and integration, women rights, works for GBV issues and as a human rights defender.
